There are many benefits of having a regular yoga practise for example better and improved posture, increased flexibility and movement, improvement to balance and generally an improvement in well being.
Join me for an energising practise on Tuesday mornings now 9.30-10.30 £10 drop in. This is term time only class do email/call to check if class is taking place
This will be a varied class with some vinyasa flow, (fluid movements in sequence) followed by pranayama (breathing techniques) and restorative yoga towards the end of the session to move beautifully into relaxation to finish.
