These classes are designed specifically for the pregnant woman anytime from 14 weeks.
Each class incorporates modified yoga postures, gentle stretches, breathing exercises and relaxation.
No prior experience of yoga necessary in order to attend the class. The classes will help you to become more comfortable with yourself and your changing body during pregnancy the classes will:
- Strengthen the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor;
- Relieve muscular tensions;
- Correct postural alignment;
- help you prepare for labour and delivery;
- make new friends;
- learn deep breathing and relaxation skills.
