Congratulations on your pregnancy I wish you good health and every happiness during your pregnancy and beyond. It’s great to hear that you are interested in attending pregnancy yoga classes.You do not have to have previous experience of yoga to attend pregnancy yoga.
The classes will help you to become more comfortable with yourself and your changing body during pregnancy. We do this though gentle stretching, breathing techniques and relaxation. It’s also a great way to meet other mums.
You can start these classes anytime after 14 weeks and they are safe to do throughout your pregnancy.Booking is essential for all classes, to avoid disappointment please book early. Everyone welcome to come and try a session.
