Over 50’s Yoga
Everyone is welcome to join this class anytime, we are a friendly group many of whom have been coming for years but always welcome new members.
staying active is really important Osteoporosis is a major issue for older people, especially women.
The classes are fun and nvolve stretches (postures), breathing exercises and relaxation – so please bring a blanket. mats are provided by the leisure centre.
